Refund policy

We are confident that you will love your order. However, if by chance something is not as you expected, please send us an email detailing the issue within 14 days of receiving merchandise.

Refunds will only be processed under the conditions outlined below:

- Merchandise return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving order

- Merchandise must be received by us within 7 days of return agreement 

Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed and in a resalable condition 

- Merchandise must have original tags still attached

- Returned merchandise will be thoroughly inspected before refund is approved

-Customer is responsible for any costs associated with the returns process

A refund will only be considered if all of the above criteria are met. If merchandise is returned in an un-resalable condition, a refund will not be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the merchandise is returned to  us within 7 days of return agreement. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages, therefore we advise you use a tracked postage method in the case you need to return merchandise.
